Its roots in Xibalba (the underworld), the base of its trunk placed where the humans live, sometimes referred to as Kab, and the trunk and branches as the dwellings of the Gods and the Entrance to the Heavens.

We created this menu with balance and connection in mind. To evoke balance in the same way that the Ceiba tree was the balance of the world; and to connect with you the same way that the roots connect the tree with the land. Most importantly, to bring back the magic that continues in time.
